Really disappointed as I was without a car for two weeks and they weren’t communicating anything with me. I had to call to get updates and basically harass the dealership for info. The communication on their end is horrible as well, one day I called and they told me they didn’t know where my car was.

I would like to clarify that the delay was due to the extended warranty company choosing to supply their own part. Unfortunately, we cannot control their shipping times, and that’s what caused the longer wait. The moment the part arrived, our team completed the repair the same day.
That said, we absolutely should have communicated more clearly throughout the process, and we apologize that you felt you had to call for updates. We will be reviewing this with our team to ensure we’re providing better, proactive communication moving forward.

bought a car instead of leasing. So far, I'm not happy with the experience. Justin was great, but my car has already had two issues the two days I drove the car. Within an hour of driving the car (including the test drive) the tire indicator light came on so I had to go get the tires checked. The passenger back tire was really low and they told me to keep an eye on it. The driver back sensor isn't even working. Then, the second day I drove the car, for less than an hour, I stalled at an intersection. The car wouldn't move and I couldn't even move the dial to neutral. It was a very nerve wracking and anxiety filled experience. Nothing would work. The stop/start button was flashing green. I was stalled at the light for 45 mins. I called my insurance and they wouldn't help because I just added the car the day before. Three people stopped to check on me. One guy even got out of his car and tried to help. He couldn't figure out the problem. The manual had no information to help. I finally found online that under the consul mat, there's a tray for the fob. I put the fob there, but still didn't work. I left it there for 20 mins and all the sudden the car turned on. So, I had to go buy new batteries for the fobs. It would be a smart idea for you all to check the fob batteries of your pre-owned vehicles so this awful experience doesn't happen to anyone else. Also, all my documents that were supposed to be loaded on the USB drive was empty. So, I had to go back and try those loaded on the drive. I came to your location becaus
