We brought our 2012 VW Passat in for its 80,000-mile service. We got there about 8:15 in the morning and the car was ready by 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Ashley had gone over what was going to be done on the car and everything was completed as written up. The car was delivered back to us in clean condition. Looking forward to doing more business with Ashley. More

Matt the Service Manager repeatedly lied to me about what they could and would do to solve my problems. They spoke positively about their services but didn’t tell me the negative consequences like the destru they could and would do to solve my problems. They spoke positively about their services but didn’t tell me the negative consequences like the destruction of my only working key. If they had been upfront with me I wouldn’t have done the service then. Thankfully God provided me a way home that night. I live abit over 200 miles from Denver. I got home at 1:30 am. I had to miss the Lamar City Council meeting and hearing that I was on the agenda for. (Some people checked on me the next morning to see if I was sick or had an accident.) My car was inoperable for 2.5 to 3 weeks. The price the ending bill stated was about $175.00 more than I thought they had quoted me. I am an older handicapped man on continuous oxygen trying to think clearly 2000 feet higher than home. I felt taken advantage of. (? Elder Abuse?). I will not speak well of Tynan’s after having been through this experience. The phone tree at the dealership is broken and seldom answered. (Or did you just refuse to answer my calls?) More

I took my VW cross sport back in for hte 2nd time in 4 weeks because hte same problem/issues occured and was told it would take 3-4 days again to dignose hte issues and get-R-fixed. $ weeks abou you kept weeks because hte same problem/issues occured and was told it would take 3-4 days again to dignose hte issues and get-R-fixed. $ weeks abou you kept th evehicle for 8 days because of the sortage of mechanics.. but it was fixed and less then 50 miles I had the same issues an the blame was a new modgel that was put is was faulty, so lost my vehicle for 4 more days. Seems to be working now but not confident it will last and not happen again. When I went ot pick up hte car Ashley got me mixed up with anohter person and stated my car parts were on order and would be another few days, even after she told it my car was ready on the phone.,. so she was frustrutated and mixed up when I picked up my car....and left... More
