I came to Atlantic toyota with hopes of finding the car I wanted, for the right price. The car was advertised for an price on car gurus. Based on that price, I bugeted myself for 13/14,000 including taxes an wanted, for the right price. The car was advertised for an price on car gurus. I drove from Brooklyn to West Islip, to the dealership, and after sitting down doing numbers, i am told the car's price is actually over my budget. Which was a big turn off. Plus the car wasnt as big as i needed it to be, and was told that it might be more expensive for something else. The car had scratches, dent and the mirrior had damage. When I had given my concerns of the pricing and ask if it can be negotiated, I was told the car is too old to lower the price, mean while it's a car that was made 8 years ago. And as far as the loan, I have a high interest rate with the bank, so even if i wanted to take my time with payments, it wouldnt benefit me. Either way, I go forward with the process because I am in need of a car, immediately. But my main concern is that, to not work with the buyer/customer, just felt wrong. Barely anyone was around, only to test drive the car and to sign paperwork. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. I ended up spending more on a car that I felt was over priced. I just would've like a service that was more catered to the customers needs and had people who are able to work around them. Thank you Atlantic Toyota for your service. More

Ms. Adams was a kind, knowledgeable and patient sales person. She responded to all my many questions, and not once did I feel rushed or hurried. She was very pleasant to deal with, and kindly drove me t person. She responded to all my many questions, and not once did I feel rushed or hurried. She was very pleasant to deal with, and kindly drove me to drop off my rental car, which I really appreciated. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about, and was able to explain all features of my new vehicle that I was unfamiliar with. I was especially impressed by the amount of time she gave me, although I am aware she had other responsibilities simultaneously. This was one of her best attributes, and in my opinion this behavior should absolutely be praised and encouraged. She made this experience a very positive one. More
