Normally they are really on top of things and great to work with they have in the past found warranties to cover work on my GTI that I didn’t even know it had! The last 2 service visits I’ve had with my Jetta not so much but let’s hope it gets better instead of worse I’ll continue to call them my dealer but if next time I get the same rude vibe as these past 2 I’ll be going elsewhere This past visit my car was there for what I was told a 2 min fix but the part needed to be ordered it was ordered and delivered in 2 days but my car sat 3 days after the part came b4 they installed it n called to let me know it was done 2 weeks for a power window switch is alittle insane More

Everyone was very pleasant, especially our salesmen, Randy. There was no pressure. He was very knowledgeable and seemed very concerned that our specific requirements were met.
