At this point, if I could give a zero I would. RIGHT after purchasing a used vehicle from them. An oil leak was found. After MUCH discussion, they agreed to look at it. They said it wasn't oil RIGHT after purchasing a used vehicle from them. An oil leak was found. After MUCH discussion, they agreed to look at it. They said it wasn't oil it was transmission fluid and the vehicle needed a new transmission. A used transmission was put in, at MY expense!! My understanding was that it was a refurbished transmission. I was not told that it was a used transmission, until I picked up the car and paid the bill and was forced to sign and AS-IS agreement to get my car back.No one told me how many miles were on the used transmission. Nor was I given any paperwork nor the opportunity to purchase a warranty. The next day, I discovered the original oil leak still existed. (It seems it was never the transmission.) They changed the oil seal. Now a few months later the used transmission has failed. Leaking all over the driveway. Suburban Nissan said "sorry not our issue!!" They charged me to put a used transmission in the vehicle that did not need one!!! They led me to believe it was a refurbished transmission, not used! They did not inform me how many miles were on the transmission, did not give me any options on choosing a different transmission and did not give me the opportunity to purchase a warranty. And now the transmission, they just put in my car has failed. Estimate is $6000+. They deny all responsibility. And all assistance for help. I highly recommend people DO NOT go to this dealership. NOT FOR new, NOT FOR used, NOT for any type of service. They are as unethical as it comes. They sell junk vehicles and then hide behind their AS-IS paperwork. They know they are wrong, but do not care. Not about their customers, not about values or ethics. STAY AWAY. There are plenty of stand up dealerships. This is NOT one. More
