I have had several Mazda leases, but this was my first time working with Wayne Mazda (specifically worked with Ash Choudury) and I if i could give him a 11/10 star i would. 1. Ash sat me down and listen time working with Wayne Mazda (specifically worked with Ash Choudury) and I if i could give him a 11/10 star i would. 1. Ash sat me down and listened to me. He did not sell me unnecessary products or features. 2. He did not waste my time (ex: i didn’t need to test drive the car. I was leasing the same car just a newer model). He heard these and moved on. 3. I wanted to see on paper a lease vs buy option with a couple different down payment options. He understood and said “give me 20 min”. Came back with both options printed in 3 tiers and also gave me several options of cars in his inventory ** this is important- previous dealerships were very stingy with their inventory, only offering me 1 or 2 cars to pick from, and never putting anything down in writing. One actually took my written notes from me and shredded them. The result: Ash sold me a lease in about an hour. And i walked away with exactly what i wanted: car, price, done. One trip. Yes i had done research prior. But i was prepared to have a horrible experience and this man converted me. Call Wayne Mazda. Make an appointment with Ash. He is lovely. More
