Had to wait 45 minutes upon arrival despite calling, getting a text from Kori and booking an appointment online. When a sales associate was finally assigned to us he left us 3 times the rest of the nig getting a text from Kori and booking an appointment online. When a sales associate was finally assigned to us he left us 3 times the rest of the night to "go do something" and didn't come back for 20-40 minutes each time with no explanation, leaving us hanging unnecessarily. When actually purchased a car had to wait another 30 minutes for papers to be just printed(?). Then had to go through another presentation to buy a warranty despite the rep knowing beforehand I didn't want one. Car was not ready for pickup at promised time either. More waiting. On the flipside the car was immaculate and spectacular in every way and very pleased with it! Yes, if you are wondering, the price is not negotiable and there are no add'l fees above advertised price so you know exactly what you will pay.. Sooo, in conclusion, if you are patient and tolerant of large amounts of time being wasted then would recommend and you'll be happy with your car. More

Be prepared to spend hundreds over the advertised price for an "optional" warranty plan you must purchase. EchoPark Duluth advertises that they provide a no haggle, hassle-free car buying experience. I for an "optional" warranty plan you must purchase. EchoPark Duluth advertises that they provide a no haggle, hassle-free car buying experience. It’s true that you can’t negotiate the price listed online for a car, but apparently, it’s acceptable for them to make you purchase at least one of their “optional” warranty plans if you want the car. The website clearly states that the Vehicle Service Contract, Appearance Protection, and Dent Protection plans are optional. After test driving a car and deciding to purchase it, the salesman brought out paperwork that had all three optional plans included. I told him I was not interested in purchasing any of them. He left and came back with the Appearance Protection for $700 still on the paperwork. I asked why it was still there, and he said he could not remove it because they had already applied some sort of ceramic paint protectant to the car. I asked why this was not advertised on the website as being a required purchase, and I didn’t really get an answer. I was getting angry at this point but decided to complete the purchase. After stewing about it for a few days, I called EchoPark and spoke with a Sales Coach. I explained what happened, and he told me they apply the ceramic coating to all their cars during the cleanup and inspection process, but it does not require the buyer to purchase the Appearance Protection plan. I asked how I could get a refund, and he said he would call me right back. Several hours went by, and I did not get a call. I called him back and left a message. Soon after, I got a call from the finance manager. He basically explained that EchoPark forces the purchase of an “optional” protection plan in place of a dealer fee. So, there you have it – a moment of honesty. They are not much different than any other used car dealership. They advertise low prices to get you in and then tack on the money-making options when you sit down to do the paperwork. I don’t appreciate dishonesty from anyone I do business with, but it is so rampant in car sales, it’s hard to avoid it. Just be aware of it, and don’t go in expecting to purchase a car for just the listed price plus taxes and state fees. Also, I highly recommend getting pre-qualified for financing so you know your loan term and rate ahead of time and don’t have to play any car dealer games with that part. You can search for banks that EchoPark has partnered with. I found one that offered a lower rate than any I had found through normal searches. More
