I really really liked the salesman Drew. He helped us find the perfect car. He was very, very helpful without being pushy. Kudos to him. However the mechanic department is not very impressive. They diagnosed the check engine light as a knock sensor on Saturday as we sealed the deal on the car and promised to fix it. It was to be done Monday or Tuesday. I recieved a photo text with the car on the lift being fixed. However, on Wednesday when we called the mechanic said he'd never seen it till Wednesday. ??? I finally got the car Thursday evening. But, Friday morning the check engine came on again. It's not fixed. I'm not happy. I love the car . I just wanted it fixed. More

The dealership is comfortable and very clean including the restroom. Staff appears to be very busy but never to busy to answer a question. I do miss seeing vehicles the showroom. The dealership was quick but I wasn't told that they had to order in part to complete my service that I paid for and would need to come back another day. Also another service rep checked me out but my servi to order in part to complete my service that I paid for and would need to come back another day. Also another service rep checked me out but my service rep didn't even know I had picked up the car or paid when they called me 20 min later. More

Arturo was just okay. I had to ask several questions that could and should have been explained to me when he handed me the hefty packet of paperwork that's your process de I had to ask several questions that could and should have been explained to me when he handed me the hefty packet of paperwork that's your process developed. I asked him how to shut off the maintenance required light which he did without telling me how I could do it in the future. He performed what he had to do, but his interaction with me seemed like he was merely fulfilling a requirement of his job and not seeking customer satisfaction or friendliness. More
