Most pleasant experience, I cannot deal with high pressure sales. Ms. Flores was so peaceful and easygoing. JUST what I needed. She is wonderful. Hello, I wanted to express my appreciation for Mike our sales person and Arthur our finance guy. My 18 year old made his first big purchase of a 2017 Toyota Tacoma. Mike took the time getting to know him and explaining the vehicle and features, while Arthur explained in detail the finance agreement and what he would be paying for in the years to come. Mike also came in on his day off when we picked up the truck a few days later which I very much appreciated. This showed how much Mike cares about his customers.. Bought a new 2025 Toyota Camry SE (hybrid) here on 12/18/25. I live about an hour away in northern RI but they had the car I wanted in the colors (interior and exterior) I wanted at what was the going 12/18/25. I live about an hour away in northern RI but they had the car I wanted in the colors (interior and exterior) I wanted at what was the going price, which was published online - no shenanigans. The car was in their basement (!), much of the car still wrapped in plastic with 3 miles on the odometer - nice. The purchase was hassle-free with one caveat - because I live in RI and the dealership is in Massachusetts, due to some unusual regulation I just couldn’t drive it off the lot - I had to consummate the deal in RI. I would’ve had to meet them somewhere inside the RI border to complete the transaction, which was somewhat of a hassle for me because I live alone and didn’t want to bother someone else for a ride somewhere yadda yadda. Fortunately my salesperson - Mike Kayyali - offered to deliver the car to my home where I had my plates if I could give him a ride back to work - no worries, worked out great for me. Art Martel in the Finance Dept. prepped all the paperwork I needed to register the car and I was in and out of my appointment with the RI DMV in about 5 minutes - no lie. This is a modern facility with an exquisite waiting room which actually has a manned mini kitchen/kiosk for food and drink, some of it free of charge such as fresh coffee. Plenty of people waiting around while their cars were being serviced. All in all a pain-free experience which is what I was looking for in buying a new car. Only negative - maybe “it’s jut the way it is” nowadays - is that I couldn’t negotiate downward on the published price, likely due to supply and demand and the limited inventory most dealers seem to have these days. I recommend Toyota of Braintree if you’re in the market for a Toyota! More
