I was assisting my daughter, a single mom with two kids who totaled her car on the icy morning the week before. I was attempting to see if she could get into a new Corolla. He was very friendly and listened to the specific issues we had and started a process in motion to help us. He teamed up with Rick Heenan since he wasn't going to be in the next day. Between the two of them plus manager Mike Hanks and the finance manager Arthur Martell, they were able to come up with a plan that would work. The result was that my daughter drove away in a new 2010 leased Corolla. Bob did a great job on the morning we picked up the car by taking her through all the details of the car and the services that came with it. Overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Bob and Rick as the sales people. More

Special kudos to Rich Voelker, he was pleasant and polite, no pressure and explained everything, somethings I needed him to repeat the explanation and he did so without rolling his eyes or acting impatient or making me feel stupid. Everyone I dealt with at Tufankjian was pleasant and polite. There wasn't any high pressure selling and no pressure to purchase warranties, alarms, etc. Everything was explained in detail and left up to me to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase an item. I would definetly absolutely recommend this dealership. More

I had visited several Toyota dealerships prior to visiting Toyota of Braintree, and this dealership exceeded all expectations. The dealer I worked with was Donna LaRosa, and she not only had my car ready for viewing in front of the dealership, but she took the time to explain each and every detail of the car from top to bottom. She was extremely nice, funny, and knew her stuff. This is my first NEW car, so she made it a very non-intimidating experience for me. Donna went above and beyond even after the purchase was completed; from ensuring that I understood everything, to scheduling a date for me to get my inspection sticker between a busy schedule of work and school. I highly recommend Donna LaRosa to anyone looking for a non-intimidating and enjoyable car-buying experience! Another person I worked with was Arthur Martel. Arthur helped wrap everything up for my purchase, and we had a great time chatting about our "children" and comparing the like-characteristics of our "children" (a beagle and a puggle). This made for an extremely humorous conversation thus making the time we spent at Toyota Braintree an enjoyable one. Buying a new car can be a lengthy process, but being surrounded by enjoyable and entertaining employees definitely makes the process much smoother (and fun)!
