Right then and there, I knew I wanted this car. Arthur in finance made the process very smooth. On Friday Sunny greeted me with the keys to my car which had a full tank of gas. Jordan was a pleasure to work with, and actually is the one who came up with a viable alternative (leasing vs purchase) that got me into my 2015 RAV4. Everyone I've ever encountered from sales to service has been nothing but a pleasure to work with. No pressure, they will work with you and not against you to get you into a vehicle, and for me, they didn't patronize me because I was a woman "alone" looking for a car (which has happened before). Bill from accessories even played me video of his band. All in all, when my lease is up in 3 years, I will be back. You won't be disappointed. More

After having visted a couple of other local dealers ( Subaru and Honda) and having had less than satisfactory experiences there, we were moved to try Toyota of Braintree after my brother-in law and his wife bought a used Rav-4 there a few weeks ago. We were impressed with how friendly and competent our salesman, Matt Smith was in dealing with us and decided to replace both hondas rather than one at a time. At no time did we feel we were being hurried, hassled or pressured. Matt took the time to explain things, answer questions and helped us through the whole process. More
