My car has been at this dealership service department for over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out what is happening with my car. They charged 2 diagnostic fees of $280 totaling almost $600. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!! I expected more from a manufacturer service department considering the amount of money they charge for working on your car. I am highly disappointed, and my experience has been low end backyard garage level with these people. As it stands, I still have no car and no definite ETA on my car. More

Do not go, they only car if you pay top notch money or do what they say. I was supposed to get a multipoint inspection and was never given the results. Due to their lack of inspection and ehtusiasum. I found out my CV joint was leaking after going somewhere else. No inspection or anything was done and I was treated horrible.
