The service work was done on time and the service team was courteous and professional. A recall was even completed in addition to the service I expected. The one complaint I would have is regarding my Int was courteous and professional. A recall was even completed in addition to the service I expected. The one complaint I would have is regarding my Interstate reward points. I purchased the Expedition at Interstate in 2020 and got enrolled in your points program. I have saved up points to use for savings on my service there. There seems to be very little knowledge as to the points program. I was told it was discontinued 2-3 years ago, however I earned points as recently as September 2024. Art did take $25 off my service, but I had enough points in my account for $150 off a service visit. More

Typical dealership service department; any excuse to steal your money. Took a 2022 F150 in for warranty service because the bed camera no longer works. Tech took off the brake light housing, saw a pr steal your money. Took a 2022 F150 in for warranty service because the bed camera no longer works. Tech took off the brake light housing, saw a previous dealership had installed a brake light flasher on the brake light wiring, and claimed that it was the problem and they couldn't fix the camera. The camera, which has a separate wiring harness from the brake light, was inoperable because the "3rd party equipment" caused the failure. And then charged me $160 for the privilege of being blown off. Turns out the camera is overheating in the sun, and will fail if it's too hot. When it cools down, it works again. Replacing it with a new camera fixed the issue. **Updated: Talked to Jeff the service manager and he was super helpful and confused at why the situation even existed. He promised they’d make things right and had the parts on order. If the whole situation had gone this way from the start, this would be a 5 star review ***** More

Didn’t get a call when my vehicle was finished, they actually kept it an extra day. I was told they wrote down my number wrong. I’ve only ever serviced my truck at that dealership, they should have my actually kept it an extra day. I was told they wrote down my number wrong. I’ve only ever serviced my truck at that dealership, they should have my number in their system. When I picked my truck up I was given my key and told it was somewhere out in the lot. I had to walk around the lot for a couple of minutes looking for it. We own a Mini Cooper as well. When that vehicle gets serviced they wash it and bring it right up out side the service door. Completely different customer service on a car that cost half as much. I generally keep my expectations low so I’m not upset when they aren’t met. The crew at Interstate Ford unfortunately kept that bar low. The service advisor was nice, but I certainly didn’t walk out feeling like I was a valued customer. More
