Wonderful experience! I bought a Equinox about two years ago, but due to my growing family, we needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. He gave us several options in terms of pricing with down payments and we did not have to haggle. He also didn't try to push us into something and when we told him that we were still going to look into other options, like a minivan, he was supportive and said we could get back to him. It only took us a few days to realize that the Traverse was what we wanted and needed! When it came to pick up the truck, everything was ready for us and meeting with Carrie to sign paperwork was simple and efficient.
