I would recommend this dealership because Arnaldo took the time to take care of me, even though he was done for the day. He was friendly and helpful with showing me my options. He went through pricing and provided me with a cost I could afford. It was very late when we were done, and Arnaldo called a couple of times to check on everything. His follow-up was great. Arnaldo also told me that if I have any issues or questions to contact him. There was also a follow-up call from Eric Halleen welcoming me to the family. Our experience was wonderful from the first phone call. My husband called for information and spoke to Bryan Megon. He was very helpful and directed us to the website to do the 30 second application. After completing the app. they said you would hear from someone shortly. I chuckled thinking what's the definition of soon. It was later in the afternoon so I really didn't expect anyone to call me back until tomorrow. To my surprise, Kris Coulter called me back in about 15 minutes. She was friendly and informative. Our Sales Consultant, Arnaldo Rivera, was the topping on the cake. He put us at ease immediately. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle choices and helped us to find what fit our lifestyle and needs. He gave us his time and never made us feel rushed. He answered our questions without making us feel stupid. His exceptional customer service sold us on giving our business to Halleen Kia. There was no hard sales or pressure. We felt in control through the entire process. They even stayed late so we could drive home that day with our new Kia Soul! I would recommend this dealer and Arnaldo to everyone. More

No hassles, I knew what I wanted and i brought in a Cosco validation sheet, I was given the price and there was no problem at all. I was taken on test drive, shown all the features. Being a woman buying a car, I appreciate being treated as an equal and a customer that wants a good deal, without anyone acting condescending. Arnaldo was superb in helping me buy my car. My first car was a sportage, and the last two purchases were and now is an Optima. Today, I traded in my 2007 Optima for the Optima 2012. I have always been satisfied with the quality and the safety aspects of Kia. The new Optima is absolutley beautiful, I was very surprised to see the difference. Your sales representative, Arnaldo Rivera is professional, experienced, loyal and an expert when it comes to selling cars. He has always taken the time to explain details that sometime is overlooked when making an important purchase as a car. He listens and ask questions that assisted me in making the best decision and purchase.
