He searched for and found exactly what we wanted from another dealership in the state. He never tried to sell us something from the lot because he knew we would not compromise. I want to first start off by saying that the salesman that helped me was very thorough, patient and kind. I basically drove pass the dealership admiring the new Kia Optimas and decided to stop in. I desperately need a new vehicle since I am starting a new career. I wanted to see what options were out there in my budget. I was nervous going into the dealership since at the time I was not ready to buy, just had questions. And, Arnaldo, greeted me and made me feel like a friend. He made me feel at ease and made me feel sure that when I was ready to purchase that he would definately get me the best deal possible. I just appreciate the WONDERFUL customer service that was displayed and I am so eager to come back with the next few weeks to drive home with my new Kia Optima!! Thanks Again! More

He was very thorough and made sure that I was familiar with every last feature on my new car. He worked hard for me and I know he will work hard for you!! Steve Stein was my finance man and was also very thorough. He made sure I knew everything I was signing and why. He explained everything and has a great sense of humor as well!! I am one happy girl!! Visiting Halleen Kia was a very pleasant experience. We pulled into the lot and we're greeted and asked what they could help us with. Staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of our visit. Let me first start off by saying what a great experience I had with your dealership. Unlike most dealerships, we were not bombarded with a salesman as soon as we pulled into Halleen Kia. I will admit, Arnal I had with your dealership. Unlike most dealerships, we were not bombarded with a salesman as soon as we pulled into Halleen Kia. I will admit, Arnaldo made it the great it experience that it was. He has great customer service and not once did we ever compare him to a "salesman". He did not push anything upon us, gave us time to discuss our purchasing/leasing options and never made us feel rushed. He was very straight forward and was knowledgeable in all aspects of the car world. I would highly recommend Halleen Kia and most definitely Arnaldo!! Thanks again! More
