My wife and had been looking for a nice used Durango for a few mknths. We came across several on different websites. Including a 2018 at Reed Jeep Dodge, in Merium Ks. Out of 6 dealers contacted only 2 repl a few mknths. We came across several on different websites. Including a 2018 at Reed Jeep Dodge, in Merium Ks. Out of 6 dealers contacted only 2 replied. They were both super nice. One vehicle reveived hail damage before we could get there. Our sales associate Armund, and our finance associate Tyler, were by far the best ive worked with. Very polite, knowledgeable, and super to deal with. The whole staff at Reed were top notch. I will continue to make the 2.5 hour trip down there for anything else i need in the future. He even filled the truck up for me, let me take it home (30 miles) and stayed late so I could salesmen I had been working with had another customer. BEWARE OF THIS DEALER...only wants your $$$ does not care about the customer at all.....gave them a deposit and had to overnight paper work to me lived out of town and purchased on line.....When the paper wo about the customer at all.....gave them a deposit and had to overnight paper work to me lived out of town and purchased on line.....When the paper work got to me they had raised the price on it....only the beginning ! When I called them they tired to justify the price because of all the rebates and other cost they had....so I wanted to back out on the deal and salesman said find but we will keep your deposit....THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!! They should pass a bill making the dealer show their rating as you call or drive in the dealer.....most would have to close and this should be one of them........BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
