When I made appt online for oil change , it said there would be a separate fee for tire rotation, so I went elsewhere to have that done previous to my appt. I did not request a tire rotation since I just would be a separate fee for tire rotation, so I went elsewhere to have that done previous to my appt. I did not request a tire rotation since I just had it done. They still did it, no charge. With appt. it took 2 hours. Felt like things were very different off at dealship this visit. Short handed in service, no explanation of new UVEYE and where to pull in. Armando did well, I just felt like it took too long for oil change plus tire rotation I didn’t request. If it’s complimentary, they should say so up front and ask if I want it. More

We like going to Clark Knapp Honda Pharr because we are always greeted and treated fair. Everyone Is super helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob has been our salesman twice, he’s very nice and considerate of wh always greeted and treated fair. Everyone Is super helpful and knowledgeable. Jacob has been our salesman twice, he’s very nice and considerate of what we need and he’s not pushy. He takes the time to show you the features of the vehicle you’re purchasing and always makes himself available. David was our finance guy and he’s super chill and understanding of what we’re looking for as far as budget. He’s patient and takes the time to explain all the numbers. Armando is from the service dept and that man is super duper nice and quick. More

My mom went in because she was told her vehicle's battery could be changed and her insurance covered it. When she went, it turns out everything she was told was a lie. The insurance she has did not cover the could be changed and her insurance covered it. When she went, it turns out everything she was told was a lie. The insurance she has did not cover the new battery and these people got her hopes up. We are not satisfied with the service because she was given false information. The agency was still able to get her a new battery, but we did not appreciate her getting lied to and getting her excited about services she supposedly qualified for when she didn't. She was already going through a rough time with her vehicle giving her issues, which caused a lot of problems. She didn't need to get lied to as well. Rude. Look, if you can offer a service, that's fantastic. But don't say it with so much confidence that you end up looking like a fool when your information is wrong and your customer is understandably upset. That's not cool. More
