I went in with the date that I had scheduled on the Honda app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a tex app and they told me that I needed to call first to confirm if they even had the piece. What was the point of confirming on the app and through a text message if I still had to reschedule to go in to get the part fixed? Other than that. Good service. They worked on my vehicle very quickly. More

I took my 2025 CR-V in for its first service. They changed the oil and rotated the tires. After leaving, I noticed that I could hear a noise being made by one of the tires. It was a rhythmic nois They changed the oil and rotated the tires. After leaving, I noticed that I could hear a noise being made by one of the tires. It was a rhythmic noise that would occur with the turning of the tire. I assumedt the tire was out of balance. I called the dealership and asked if they balance the tires when they rotate them and explained the noise. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and said to bring it back in so they take a look at it and change out the tire if they needed to. So I go back, and they find like a weird low spot or something on the tire , and they say that it is ffrom us stopping hard or braking hard or something. They explain that when it was on the rear of the vehicle, we didn’t notice the noise, but once they moved it to the front of the vehicle, that’s when we could notice the noise. Despite what the gentleman on the phone told me, they now claimed there was nothing they could do for us other than sell us a new tire. They said we didn’t have any tire protection with our CR-V. I never had this issue with any of my Toyotas. Or actually any vehicles I’ve owned for that matter. I don’t recall stopping hard and anyway, and I don’t see how that could cause a problem on the tire. The dealership should’ve covered it. IIt was our first maintenance. It’s a brand new vehicle. I don’t think too highly of Clark Knapp or Honda at this point. I should’ve gotten anothert Toyota at Toyota of Pharr where I’ve gotten my other vehicles. More
