I love love the service dept. Always go above and beyond. The sales crew have always treated me right. Had a huge issue with my second soul purchase. Joe Rossi would not take my calls emails or even written letter. Burned me that he would make a dine off of my next two souls but I loved that model. Now that it is gone not sure where I will go for my 2030 car. Probably not a Joe Rossi store. I will miss the service dept though! More

They were arrogant, unwilling to even try and get me some relief on a needed ac repair which will cost thousands even though I had purchased the platinum warranty ( being led by sales to think out took me to relief on a needed ac repair which will cost thousands even though I had purchased the platinum warranty ( being led by sales to think out took me to 100000 miles even though I found out any good for 75000) and would not even discuss any discount although I am only at 77800 miles More
