I recently purchased a used car from Cadillac Delray Beach, and although I didn’t opt for an extended warranty, I experienced exceptional customer service after an unexpected issue arose. Just a week after the purchase, my car’s transmission began acting up. I went back to the dealership, a bit concerned, but I was quickly reassured by the professionalism and dedication of Armando Davila, (Assistant General Manager). Mr. Davila personally took care of my car’s needs, ensuring that I was provided with a loaner—a Cadillac Lyriq, which I absolutely loved! I’m now planning to buy one for my wife because of this experience. Armando went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the repair process and making sure everything was handled efficiently. Because of this outstanding service, I wholeheartedly recommend Cadillac Delray Beach to anyone looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers. I am super happy with this dealership and the entire team! I just purchased a CT5-V Blackwing and had a great experience with everyone.
