Great service and expedient. Even though I had appointments 3 days away on a Wednesday. This is my 4th year of service work at Bob Ferrando Ford. Their bathrooms and waiting room is extremely clean and stocked with coffee and snacks. Service advisors Arlen & Collin have a vast knowledge of Ford products and have answered all of my questions concerning the service I was having done. Walt Bretherton rebuilt the transmission in my truck and it shifts flawlessly. Quick Lube service is always great and completed in a timely manner. Ed Cooley, General Manager, offered me more for my trade than any other dealership. They are not the closest Ford dealer to me so I travel a ways to get quality service. Give them a try and compare for yourself. More
