My son’s car rims were damaged when Rainbow’s tech changed his tires using an older tire machine because the newer one was down. Took the car back and showed Ariel, she turn pics into the service mang changed his tires using an older tire machine because the newer one was down. Took the car back and showed Ariel, she turn pics into the service manger. They arrange to have the rims repaired. Took the car back. The lead rim repairing did not show up, his assistant attempted to repair the rims, I called service center a little after and was told call was ready. Got there and there was still visual damage, talked to the manger and he was pissed about my wife’s review & took his anger out on me. When inside got the invoice through it in my sons car and told me there was nothing else that he was going to do. I had Ariel come outside and look at 1 particular rim, she agreed that it was one they damaged and said that the rim repair guys were coming back the next today. I left the car there to have the rims repaired for a second time. They are still not repaired and at this point just need to be replaced. Odds are the spray paint that was put on them Giotto come off pretty fast. I spoke with 4 body shops and they all informed me that they quite having repair technicians come by cause they never got them right and that is was much better to replace the rims. More
