I want to say what great customer service I recieved from the moment I walked into the dealership. Mr Haitham knowledge, professionalism, patience and ability to work around my budget made this a very pleasant experience. He took my daughter and I for a test drive, to make sure I was comfortable with the choice I was making and he took care of all the paperwork in a time record (as my time was limited). The service was overall flawless!! Shopping for a vehicle can be a bit stressful and time consuming, but at Paragon Honda, I could have not asked for better car buying experience and my daughter and I are very grateful. I will definitely recommend Mr. Haitham and the dealership to everyone I know. Thanks again. More

I got the worst Sales Person :( Moe Khair My sales person was the worst salesperson I've ever dealt with in many years (13) of being a Honda Leaser. This is my 4th CRV and finally decided to g My sales person was the worst salesperson I've ever dealt with in many years (13) of being a Honda Leaser. This is my 4th CRV and finally decided to go all out and get the top of the line 2015 CR-V Touring. Confident that I would walk out with an outstanding deal, Moe decided to take matters in his own hand and not only did he lack the ability to listen to the customer, he also discouraged me from making the offers I thought were fair. He would ask me what my offer was but would write down a different/higher offer amount on the offer sheet. Now I'm not so sure I got a good deal. The deceit continued when we arrived at the final offer (at this point, I just wanted to get the xxxx out of the place) and Moe still managed to sneak in .98 cents on the final amount. Would his commission really have gone up drastically for a lousy $0.98 a month? Had I noticed, I would've walked out immediately, but I was too trusting of a person, when you say the amount was 385 a month, then it's 385... Not $385.98!!! Another issue, the minute we walked in, I asked him about their Touring Inventory and was assured they had every color and that the dealership had the biggest inventory of Tourings in all of NY. Near closing the deal, Moe asked which were my three color options, to make the long story short, I ended up with the vehicle he put me in to test drive! Had I known I was gonna end up with a test driven car, I would've picked out my first choice from the warehouse. His response was, they didn't have the other two colors in stock. The whole ordeal was needless to say very DISAPPOINTING... And he had the odacity to beg me for an excellent review at the end. You could've done better sir!!! Then perhaps I would've given you a better review. I'm going back to my previous dealer when it's time to renew my lease. Thanks a lot Mr. Khair! You will not be getting referrals from me! More
