I’ve been going to carver for 11 years for my service of several vehicles. It’s been nightmare after nightmare the whole time, down right horrible. Had appointment on October 2 to program a second key fob and mechanical key. Ariel Mcfarland did her job well enough. Nevertheless, when I got home and tried to use the new mechanical key, it did not work and mechanical key. Ariel Mcfarland did her job well enough. When I called to inform Carver that the key did not work, I was told to come back on October 14. The person who cut the new key did a poor job. Should be fired. What about charges for environmental waste and shop supplies? Thid is a rip off. More

I took my car to (2) other mechanics prior to Toyota and neither could determine the root cause of the problem. Toyota was able to diagnose the problem quickly and start the repair. I worked with Ariel wh neither could determine the root cause of the problem. Toyota was able to diagnose the problem quickly and start the repair. I worked with Ariel who was patient with me (I was a bit of a mess going without my car for so long and having other people not know what the issue was) and was always available to me. She was amazing with providing updates! By the time my car was repaired, I wanted to hug her I was so grateful! Thank you so much to the mechanic (don't know his/her name) who worked on my car, Ariel, and the shuttle driver! More
