Ariel Huerta clearly explained the various options available on the Ford 150 Tremor. He likewise showed us the different colors on the lot in the bright sun, which was optimal. He was so thorough and demonstrated how many of the options works, which was helpful. Ariel never seemed rushed and answered all our questions. A couple of times he checked on things that could benefit our purchase, i.e., did the Tremor qualify for the lower interest rates, etc. Once we determined the accessories we wanted, Ariel completed the appropriate paperwork and told us he’d keep us advised of our order status, which he did. Overall, the Corwin Ford employees with whom we interacted were courteous and helpful. Working with Ariel was a great experience, and we will definitely contact him for any future vehicles.
