Took truck in for oil change, got home and check engine light went on. Took back and was told the oil was over filled and they recommended an oil change. I told them, that’s what I just did and now engine light went on. Took back and was told the oil was over filled and they recommended an oil change. I told them, that’s what I just did and now engine light is on. They fixed but cost me an additional day of taking it back and a lot of frustration. More

Ariel was very helpful throughout the process, but the dealership seems to be understaffed with techs and took a while just to diagnose the issues with my truck. When I dropped off my truck I was told tha dealership seems to be understaffed with techs and took a while just to diagnose the issues with my truck. When I dropped off my truck I was told that the diagnostic would be done in 3 days, but the diagnostic took nearly a week, followed by another week to repair the issue then another week to diagnose again then wait on parts and repair again. More
