We bought a new 2023 Palisade in November and they still
owe us $1000 from the transaction which has gone unpaid.
I went up to the dealership about a month ago to collect the check. They didn’t have it.

I went up to the dealership about a month ago to collect the check. They didn’t have it. Said it needed two manager’s signatures. Conveniently, they didn’t have two sales managers in the building and told me they’d get it taken care of that day then mail it to me.
Haven’t heard from them since.
These guys are classic car sales crooks. Buy your Hyundai somewhere else, these guys can’t be trusted.

I’ve already talked to you via text and told you that I’d like the check driven to my house so it doesn’t “get lost in the mail” again. Shockingly, you stopped communicating with me after I said that’s how you could make it right. That was three days ago. Still no check. Still no other communication.
