This service was for a recall. I will not be taking my car back to them since they misdiagnosed it twice. I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly Service writer and checked in within minutes. I was showed to the waiting room and offered coffee or drinks. Service was completed in the time I was told, car was and checked in within minutes. I was showed to the waiting room and offered coffee or drinks. I was disappointed when my service man shrugged his shoulders & responded. I'm not the owner of hyundai. With a smirk on his face in response to my complaining about the failing factory paint job on my shoulders & responded. I'm not the owner of hyundai. With a smirk on his face in response to my complaining about the failing factory paint job on my hood. He said I should not file a claim.Because it was 99.9 % not going to get covered. I will never use your services again. I will never buy a Hyundai again because of my experience at this location. This is far from the first time i've had bad service here. I receive a notice in the mail that my paint may be covered by a new warranty i make an appointment the same week and I find out it's 6 months beyond. It's obvious, it's hyundais responsibility. What a frustrating experience, I actually thought you were going to do the right thing. I can't even believe you're asking my opinion. Look at the reviews about the paint. This is, after I had a failing engine and got stranded on the interstate. Another hyundai issue that was made my responsibility. Just wait until you break down.Don't do the right thing and have a recall?!?! I'm sure this we'll go nowhere and then I will be considered at disgruntled person, but whatever. I just want my hood to be painted by hyundai and have them pay for it because it is NOT because I have two hundred thousand miles on my car. I'm sure that will never happen. Thanks for reading. One more thing, I was one of the first appointments, I wanted to go sit down and he asked me to stay standing there while he figured out what he was trying to do. I eventually told him I was going to sit down, and to please come and get me for my signature. Ridiculous! More
