Purchace of x1 After busing many dealers in search of replacing my Audi Q5 we decided to stop at checkered flag BMW in Virginia Beach. We were greeted by Sabrina who After busing many dealers in search of replacing my Audi Q5 we decided to stop at checkered flag BMW in Virginia Beach. We were greeted by Sabrina who had a warm and friendly approach unlike the usual pushy sales person. I was probably a difficult customer who really didn’t know what I wanted in a vehicle. Sabrina took her time and showed me many different models and when I chose the x1 she showed me many different ones that were in stock. The process was smooth for trading in the Audi and purchasing a new BMW. The staff at this dealer were all pleasant and patient with my indecisive decisions. I also had my youngest child with with me and Sabrina went above and beyond to tend to his liking and provided entertainment with movies and videos while my husband and I saw each model she brought for us to look at. I can not speak for the experience of the survive department but the sales team was superb. More

Car Shopping So I was told a week ago by the insurance company that my car was going to be a total loss and all I could think of is I have to buy another car and I So I was told a week ago by the insurance company that my car was going to be a total loss and all I could think of is I have to buy another car and I dislike purchasing cars due to the long process. I had been looking at several vehicles online and stopped in and met Tyler. We test drove my new car and I told him my concerns of how long it takes to get this done. He took my information called me next day said I was approved and my car was ready for me. I went in he allowed me to test drive again and took me over for financing where I met Argo. Argo came right up to me congratulated me on my car , took me into finance office and had me on the road in an hour. Never have I had such a great experience with buying a vehicle, it was fast, easy, and I worked with 2 great guys.
