Arbi Der Krikorian is wonderful! I have dealt with GM, Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best. While all the people at Lexus of Glendale are very professional and helpful, Arbi has Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best.
