Great overall experience with one exception. My service manager, Ara, was friendly and helpful. I loved the technology when entering the service area. The only thing that made this experience less than great was that mechanics forgot to reattach the bottom water shield underneath the car. I left the dealership after picking up my car and got on the highway only to hear a loud grinding noise. I then noticed the cover to the bottom of my car was in my backseat. I had to return to the dealership to reattach the bottom panel, which they did promptly, I am not sure if there was any damage to car or what the grinding sound was, but when I left the second time, the car was fine. More
