Jerry Cronk was everything you'd want in a salesman. NOT pushy. gave me good information. Was extremely responsive by text and otherwise. I showed up a second time right before closing and I know he had pushy. gave me good information. Was extremely responsive by text and otherwise. I showed up a second time right before closing and I know he had to stay late to handle the closing, but he never rushed us or anything. Even an hour past his shift when the place was closed and I was sitting in my new (to me) car, he took his time walking me through the displays, etc... answering any questions. He also was great on his follow-up with the insurance company, etc... More

My husband bought a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership and I became jealous and wanted one for myself. So couple months later I went in and got my wrangler ❤️. April was our salesperson and she is absolut and I became jealous and wanted one for myself. So couple months later I went in and got my wrangler ❤️. April was our salesperson and she is absolutely amazing! She was honest,helpful,knew every answer to all of my questions, and made our purchase quick and easy. Highly recommend April. I also recommend Jason as well my husband went through Jason for his purchase and was very pleased! From now on we will be using this dealership! 10/10 More

I worked with April on the purchase of 2021 Wrangler Rubicon. She went above and beyond to get us the vehicle & payment we felt comfortable with. April was great. Got truck I wanted for price I wanted. She was excellent. However I wanted to put more money down to lower payment. I was told I could do this at bank which was a lie. Paperwork was done and they didn't want to redo paperwork. I asked twice prior to signing papers they assured me I could do this later. I don't like being lied to just so someone can get out of restructuring loan. Lesson learned. This is reason I would not recommend anyone to cherryhill dodge. Relationship means more than being rushed and lied to. This had nothing to do with April. As for her manager he tried to sell me truck I didn't want and seemed aggravated and tried pressure techniques to sell me truck. Like acting like he was going to throw in dipping rims then after he said I would have to pay for it and acting like I lied saying he never said he would throw that in. I'm thankful I didn't give in on truck he tried pressuring me into. Let me know if you have further questions. More
