I’m glad I gave this place another shot. I set up an appt w a different salesperson than I ended up buying from and I’m happy I came back. The first was not a good experience, they talked down to me and were rude. You can be no nonsense and still be kind. April on the other hand was very kind since we walked in. We had to wait a little bit, understandably since we didn’t have an appointment but at the end of the day I drove off in my new car and I wasn’t talked down to the entire process. Called yesterday and asked information about a vehicle they had in stock.I connected with April and after confirming that the car was available I asked some extra information. April told me she will come they had in stock.I connected with April and after confirming that the car was available I asked some extra information. April told me she will come back and put on hold for 50 minutes. She never came back to me even if I gave her all my information including email and phone number. Was ready to buy.Now I found a different dealership with the same vehicle. Update Manager Caleb called me the next day they told they were very busy and really liked how professional they were. April also followed up and tried to explained everything. Even if I dont buy the car here I respect that. More
