Our experience was good overall. I didn’t feel that we got the trade value we should have but the sea overall was good so we went ahead with it. The trade value estimate from their website was not honored because “the market is shifting and their valuation software hadn’t been updated yet”. I felt like that was an excuse but nonetheless, the overall deal was good. Our salesman Dallas withstood a lot of challenges we threw at him even last minute possible changes in which vehicle we were going to buy and handled it professionally and was accommodating. We had a couple things we needed service on and planned to take it back to the dealership for the repairs. Booked a service time and was told when we got there for our appointment that they didn’t have time to do the repair job we needed. That was very frustrating but again Dallas at least made sure they identified the repair that needed to be done so it wasn’t a full waste of our time. Overall it was a good experience and we would consider buying through this dealership again. More
