Arrived a little early for a scheduled recall appointment and my 2021 Q5 was immediately taken into the immaculate service department, where I met Tony Watson. Tony helped me with a repair for my 2016 Q5. He made sure the repair was covered by my CPO Warranty, set me up with a loaner vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. I have used two other Audi dealerships for service and Ray Catena’s dealership is far superior. More

Took my Audi A6 in with a flat tire and no heat in the cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that cabin. Met Tony who set me up with a loaner car and I was off. Got an update call telling me the heat situation was covered under warranty and that I could get away with replacing the flat tire and it's mate instead of all four. (44k miles on tires) I did purchase four new tires and had them aligned but was very pleased that Tony came up with a solution to save me money. That is how you build trust with a customer and working with Tony makes me glad I chose to purchase and service my car though Ray Catena Audi in Freehold. More
