Searching for months for a specific car for my wife I located one in Oklahoma; I live in California. I was a little skeptical in purchasing a car out of state, unseen, and not test driven. But after contacting the dealer, I spoke to Antonio who sent me a video of the car and all its features in the rain. WOW!!!! He made the video as if I was there, talking to me, which made it a very personable experience. Antonio then directed me to Patrick to negotiate the price and the process of buying a car on line and out of state. GREAT communication. Patrick directed me to Austin. They saved the BEST for last!! Austin worked with me and informed me of all the car options available in purchasing the car. He responded to every call, every text, and every email I sent him efficiently! Our salesperson, Antonio, was great and would be highly recommended. His "sales manager" that never gave us his name, was very difficult to deal with. The finance person was a breeze to deal too. Would recommend Edmond Hyundai in a minute, but they make the process way to convoluted. If you have to have 2 people to make a deal work, you are paying too many people. Either your sale people can sell a car or not. Your shouldn't restrict them by adding a second person that acts like you are wasting their time. More
