I personally want to thanks both Christian and Antonella for making my experience with Honda one of the best. I wasn’t coming but Christian got me there by staying on top of our calls and scheduling. When I got there I was greeted so kindly by Antonella who motivated me to stay positive just with her smile alone. Her customer service skills are beyond words. She was both kind and understanding. I can’t leave without acknowledging Luis and Chris! They were very persistent and assured that when I left, I left without acknowledging the vehicle I desired! My 2026 Honda Pilot🎉🎉🎉 But the one who got me in house was my service department assistant. The week before Anthony Johnson helped me as I got my 2014 serviced. With 300,000 miles on it, he said have you seen the 2026 Honda’s you should check them out. He even gave me the link to get pre-approved first. So shoutout to him as well!!! More

Overall, I’m very happy with the car. The sales team, Dyaa and Antonella, did everything a salesperson should—warm and welcoming from the start. Coming from the hotel business, I understand the importance of great customer service, and they definitely delivered. The only downside was having to walk out to my old car three different times before they agreed to the payment I was asking for—not the end of the world, but definitely unnecessary. The cold and hot drinks in the lobby are a nice touch. I was disappointed, though, that my car didn’t come with window tint for the Florida heat as a standard feature. Dyaa and Antonella deserve a raise for their customer service—you can’t teach that. More

I was contacted by the dealer again due to “missing signature” on some paperwork, I don’t like the fact that I was tricked into thinking that we forgot to sign some additional paper but instead to put signature” on some paperwork, I don’t like the fact that I was tricked into thinking that we forgot to sign some additional paper but instead to put more money down after I already put $4,000 down. I will have to eventually contact my back because this was not part of our initial agreement and need to cancel the hold. More
