I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE. they don’t give a xxxx about providing any customer service. They are nasty to their customers, from reception to the service aid. They couldn’t even they don’t give a xxxx about providing any customer service. They are nasty to their customers, from reception to the service aid. They couldn’t even write down my address correctly. After four attempts. They just want your money and they want to run with it. I spent over 3k to fix my starter and less than 24 hours later it stopped starting. My service aide Julia made no attempt to reach out to me after I contacted her about this issue. The manager Antoinette did answer the phone but provided no solution, told me to deal with it until she was back to work on Monday. We buy luxury cars and agree to pay absurd maintenance for the service that should be MUCH BETTER than others. They have no idea how to provide even halfway decent customer service let alone luxury. These people make Mercedes look terrible. More

More than once I've registered my complaint with Bill Riedel, Vinny Ruggieri and Antoinette Gordon-Hessing, all part of the management team. No resolution or even a response so far pending my receipt of Riedel, Vinny Ruggieri and Antoinette Gordon-Hessing, all part of the management team. No resolution or even a response so far pending my receipt of a refund. Problem is how they charge for vehicle service. The facts are simple, and it is apparent they recognize the problem but do not want to address the issue nor make a refund notwithstanding the incontrovertible facts here. I would add that their other dealerrater.com service reviews frequently cite 'Pricing' as among their less than stellar attributes. And that goes in spades here. The fact that my invoice shows the technician worked 3 hours and I was charged for 6 hours is the bottom line. The correspondence I sent them provides full details as if it is even necessary. So they are fully aware of my complaint and others should be fully aware of this issue when they bring their MB in for service. More

That's because they have the best people … Service Manager Vinnie Ruggieri is an expert, in touch with his staff and his customers’ needs. Service Advisor Justin Ferguson was knowledgeably helpful, friendly and effective. Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Center is the dealership to choose! My recent service experience had something new. My loaner was an EV! The EQB350 that I drove for 2 days was impressive, and interesting. Lifting off the throttle and you experience regenerative braking, the SUV was recharging the battery and slowing the vehicle! The vehicle was quiet, quick and the ride was smooth and responsive, with excellent handling. The EQB350 was everything I’ve come to expect from Mercedes-Benz of Rockville Centre. More
