While this is ultimately due to the manufacturer, the dealership failed in its responsibility to ensure I understood exactly what I was getting. EchoPark prides itself on its "190-point inspection," but what good is that if they don’t take the time to educate buyers on crucial details? Their job isn’t just to sell cars—it’s to inform customers so they can make confident decisions. Instead, they let me leave the lot thinking I had features that simply weren’t there. The staff was friendly, but that doesn’t make up for a lack of transparency.
