I purchased an electric vehicle and you delivered it to me with 12% charge. In addition, you still had stickers on the inside of the windshield and the car was filthy. I was not instructed on how to set up me with 12% charge. In addition, you still had stickers on the inside of the windshield and the car was filthy. I was not instructed on how to set up the app or the charging. Had this not be my second electric car I would have been returning the car. The dealership set me up for failure as an EV owner. More

I did not get a good deal, Was disrespected by finance director. Was locked into a bad deal. I see why a hard copy of the contract is not given to the customer at the time of purchase! I did not actually see it until I went to the library 10 days later to view/make a copy of it. The phone service sucks. If you want to speak to someone in regards to a situation, you get a voicemail. I called on the 5/18 or 19 and asked if my finance person was there and I was told that he was but when I arrived I was told that he was off! I even called while I was sitting in the waiting area, just to see what the operate would say and it was the same response, yes he is here. And you can never get to the GM. I would still like to talk to the GM about my experience. My tag was delivered by UPS on Friday, May 23, 2025. It was delivered damaged, bent in several places. Hollywood Kia's solution, via a sales mgr, was to bring it in and they would straighten it out for me and it would be good as new other than that I would have to pay again. (I know that's a lie) Some of the responses on the application were inaccurate and was I was not asked for some of the responses. My son just wanted to surprise me with a brand new car for Mother's day now it has become a headache. More
