I purchased an electric vehicle and you delivered it to me with 12% charge. In addition, you still had stickers on the inside of the windshield and the car was filthy. I was not instructed on how to set up the app or the charging. Had this not be my second electric car I would have been returning the car. The dealership set me up for failure as an EV owner. More
