Decent overall experience. My issues are that I had to log into my bank account and show them my bank balance so they could take a picture of my balance and verify funds since My issues are that I had to log into my bank account and show them my bank balance so they could take a picture of my balance and verify funds since I was paying in full. Instead of contacting my bank when I left the check at noon to verify funds, instead I had to show my bank balance when i picked it up at 7pm. Never ever in my 30 years of buying did I have to do that, usually finance contacts the bank. Also, didn't know about the UCI charge, so the price of the used vehicle was not the price. It was their listed price plus the UCI, which was the cost of repairs to put it for sale, which if it was included in the price, may have detoured me to another vehicle. I have a feeling they knew that though. Oh, and had to wait an hour for paperwork when I returned at 7pm. It should have been ready to sign considering i dropped off a check at noon.
