It seems the manager that day was also top notch on making sure we were happy with the sale. Jim Braley is RUDE to senior women. I bought a Crosstrek here. Within days I saw that it had more than 600 miles on it NOT from me. Less than one week later I went back to return it as I bought a Crosstrek here. Within days I saw that it had more than 600 miles on it NOT from me. Less than one week later I went back to return it as it has other issues, basically a LEMON. Braley said 'Once you drove it off the lot its yours'. I live in a huge 55 & Over and intend to tell them ALL the way I was treated. Tony Croxton never returned one of my many calls. Bottom like, once you buy a car from them they don't want to know you.
