I’ve had little contact with Royal Oak Ford since I’ve had little need. My Escape has been a good comfortable car. So far just one tire issue, an oil change and a recall handled. Each of these experiences had little need. My Escape has been a good comfortable car. So far just one tire issue, an oil change and a recall handled. Each of these experiences have been very positive. The staff has been friendly, helpful and very efficient. Right from my salesman Anthony to the service technicians. RO Ford is a first class operation in my opinion. Thanks More
