We were in a tough situation being that our current car was totaled in an accident. Everyone at Heritage was empathetic to our situation and did everything could to help us out. I would love to give Chris and Anthony 5 stars. I could if this review ended after the purchase. I purchased a vehicle on 3/27/25 and it is now 4/8/25. I have been owed a second key and have been told it is being taken care of. We will let you know after we check with Keyway, who makes our keys. I have emailed and called over half a dozen times.I still have no definitive answer just the same, I’ll check with my sales manager and call you back. Without two keys certain functions do not work on the truck. Very disappointing from an otherwise great experience. BBB review it is. Customer satisfaction and reviews matter. Fulfill what the contract says and provide my second key. It states “owe customer a key” when you delivered it. I have fulfilled my part now do yours. 4/12/25 Chris and Anthony have come through! I appreciate that they acknowledged the issue, apologized, and most importantly corrected it. True test for a dealership is would you purchase from them again. Yes I would. More
