Great service but agree with other patrons, the facility sits back and is easy to miss since remodel. Looks like a brown cardboard box. Need better solution or option for GDI engine treatment. Brought my Tucson in for its one year service Plus updating some software. I was barely inside the service Bay and I was greeted by the service advisor. I had made the appointment online and he had th updating some software. I was barely inside the service Bay and I was greeted by the service advisor. I had made the appointment online and he had that information pulled up. I told him I was going to be waiting. I I proceeded to the very comfortable waiting area. After a while the service advisor told me what was going on and gave me an estimate how much longer it was going to take. Everything was completed and I was on my way. Everything in the dealership was extremely clean including the bathrooms. More
