I bought my car at Family Hyundai but you could never get a service appointment for weeks for routine maintenance. Webb is a little more expensive but you have hardly any wait for appointments. I can't fig a service appointment for weeks for routine maintenance. Webb is a little more expensive but you have hardly any wait for appointments. I can't figure that out, but my car gets serviced, the folks are extremely pleasant, the waiting area is comfortable and complete with beverages and snacks. No one likes to get their car serviced but Webb at least allows you to get it over with and makes you comfortable doing it. Family Hyundai hasn't seen me for quite some time. More

Work was done promptly when the parts were there. To drop off the car and pick it up is approximately 3 hour project and I do not have time to sit in the dealership. So I opt to drop it off. This is the second time into the dealer for a recall. I made an appointment for the first time, only to be told the part was not it. Service blamed parts for not having it in stock. I made an appointment a week later, being told they would have the part and call to confirm the part was in. I never received a call that the part was in, so I did not drop it off. I advised service that I would be out of town for work, so I would schedule when I was back in town. I was called and told it was time sensitive to return the car to the dealer. When I arrived at my second visit, the service advisor asked me if the parts were in this time. I find it odd that two departments in the same store do not communicate. I was under the impression that the service advisor was in charge of coordinating the repairs. The vehicle was picked up and appears to be ok. The service advisor was overall very pleasant and easy to talk to. More

Just about every time I've home for service, i would have to end up going back because of either faulty parts or the service tech forgetting to put all the pieces back onto the engine, probably won't be retu to end up going back because of either faulty parts or the service tech forgetting to put all the pieces back onto the engine, probably won't be returning to the service department anytime soon, unless I absolutely have to.
