I had an extremely pleasant experience at Pellegrino Chrysler Jeep. I was there for a vehicle service and while I was waiting, I noticed a newer Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale on the lot. The Pellegrino team made me feel very comfortable and made the progress quite easy. Everyone was very nice, especially our direct Salesman Rich Allen. Rich was knowledgeable, concerned for exactly what we wanted, and also very polite! We ended up with exactly what we wanted in our new Jeep Wrangler. My wife had a CJ 7 Jeep in 1982 when we met.
