Well, again not receiving any response from the Coastal service department after sending in a question via their website regarding the ISG on our 2020 Santa Fe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after r service department after sending in a question via their website regarding the ISG on our 2020 Santa Fe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after receiving mixed messages months back, but again their lack of a timely response seems to be the norm from them. The ISG on our santa fe works sporadically. According to Coastal, it should not work if the battery charge is less than 70%. This is the same problem we had months back and could not get a straight answer. Coastal refuses to replace the battery even though the suv is less than 3 years old, it is not sufficient to power the ISG, and the diagnosis appears to be questionable. We've been in FL less than 5 years and have purchased 2 cars from coastal. You would think they might treat us a little better. Makes us question there service department at coastal. More

My way I already have a 2013 Sonata limited but needed another car so that is why I went the Sonsta way. I could not afford the higher priced model so settled for SEL. My wife wanted the same type mirror as in my 2013 but when I was quoted a 500 dollar plus amount I could not afford that amount. Mixed emotions of deal We went in to purchase an SUV. Review Buying a car is not a fun experience for me. This was ok, no pressure, no pushy salesman. The finance department messed up the paperwork and we had to return to renegotiate the price. Jose was great about that issue and very apologetic. Still waiting on one car to have the lighting issue fixed and waiting on key Fobs to be delivered. More
